The KDP110G digital piano captured the beautiful sound of Kawai's acclaimed concert grand piano. All 88 keys of this special piano were carefully sampled, analyzed, and finally faithfully reproduced using advanced harmonic imaging technology.
Recording each key separately in this way preserves the rich and vocal characteristics of the EX concert grand piano, and ensures that the sound heard when playing any of the KDP110G's counterweight keys is a reproduction of the original piano sound.
Harmonic Imaging Sound Source Technology (HI)
When playing a high-quality piano, the pressure applied to the keyboard not only affects the volume of the sound produced, but also affects the unique sound characteristics of each note. Therefore, in order to construct a true acoustic portrait of a piano, not only is each key recorded separately, but also a series of subtle changes in sound quality from weak to strong are collected at different volume levels.
KDP110G provides a very detailed acoustic image, utilizing Kawai's patented gradient harmonic imaging sampling technology to ensure smooth tone conversion across the keyboard and entire dynamic range.
Real reverb effect
